Martin Murtagh is the founder of The Growth Company. Over 25 years in marketing, communications and business development, he has become a trusted partner to owner-led companies and ambitious SMEs across Ireland and the UK — known for straight-talking strategy, sharper positioning and the kind of relationships that quietly move the commercial needle.

His work sits at the intersection of academic depth, board-level judgement and hands-on delivery: helping leaders make better decisions and giving their business a clearer route to growth.
