Terms and Conditions

The Growth Company provides strategic marketing, growth advisory, training, mentoring, event management, and related professional services. A booking or engagement is confirmed once we receive written confirmation (email or signed agreement) and issue an invoice. This forms a binding contract between you and The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any engagement at our discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date or prior to service delivery, whichever is earlier. Late payments may result in suspension of services or cancellation of bookings without refund. All fees are quoted in GBP or EUR as applicable and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations by the client must be made in writing. For events and programmes: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. For ongoing services (marketing retainers, mentoring, etc.): Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. You remain liable for any work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. No further compensation will be provided.

All participants and clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event, programme, or community who is disruptive, discriminatory, or behaves inappropriately. No refunds will be issued in such cases. You are responsible for informing us in advance of any specific requirements or accessibility needs.

All materials, content, methodologies, and intellectual property created or provided by The Growth Company remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our materials without prior written permission. Photos and videos may be taken at our events and used for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand that you do not wish to appear in such materials.

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site or upload malicious content, copy or reproduce content without permission, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site. The content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, revenue, or profits, outcomes that depend on third parties, and delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemic, government restrictions, war, terrorism, natural disaster, or infrastructure failure.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
