The Growth Company works with founders, teams and organisations across Ireland, the UK and internationally. The work is led by Martin Murtagh, and we bring in other experienced specialists where a project needs them.

This ranges from focused 90-minute sessions to longer-term coaching and mentoring, including Connected Growth, our structured five-week programme.

Practical training for businesses, organisations and professional teams in LinkedIn, networking, relationship building, positioning and commercial visibility.
Delivered in person or online, through open workshops, commissioned programmes and in-house sessions.

Experienced support for organisations that need strategic direction, marketing leadership or help moving important projects forward without recruiting a full-time senior person.
This can include positioning, marketing planning, campaign oversight, supplier coordination, communications, commercial alignment and project leadership.

Partnerships and Market Development
Helping businesses and organisations identify the right partners, enter new markets, strengthen stakeholder relationships and create commercially useful collaborations.
This can include strategic introductions, routes to market, cross-border development, partnership programmes, ecosystem development and stakeholder engagement.
How the work fits together.
Most clients start in one area and the others follow when they are needed. A founder in coaching may need a team trained. A fractional marketing brief often turns on the right partner or route to market. Where specialist skills are required, we draw on people we have worked with and trust, including members of The Growth Network, and we are clear about who is doing the work.
